Spinnaker and Doplhins on the way back from Paradise cove

We had a nice family sails last week end
We anchored in Paradise Cove and sailed back under spinnaker... And the dolphins came to say Hello !

On December 25th, Santa dropped off some big bags on the deck of Clapotis.

Clapotis got new D4 Technora / Kevlar double-taffetas protection. We tried the genoa yesterday and installed the new mainsail today.

New Nets on CLAPOTIS

Our Friend Etienne came from FLORIDA

He installed on Clapotis a new Net/Trampoline Knitted White Polyamide 13mm square.

Lobster Bisque

The whole Naos team was invited on Clapotis to taste the special lobster bisque.

A windy Sunday

Today we were supposed to go sailing with kids and friends... 25 knots outside, 10 feet swell. We decided to have a long French lunch on board and go for a Harbor cruise inside Marina Del Rey ...

Wine is important for the captain

Captain loves Bordeaux wine and it is a part of the lifestyle on Clapotis when friends come aboard. So we got a real cooled wine cellar for the ''Grand Cru Classe''', re-arrange the official wine cellar to stack more bottles and have the cabinet under the floor filled-up with bottles...

New Panel door for the systems

i wanted to keep an eye on all the systems ... and with the full panel wood door it was impossible...

So a master wood worker integrated a plexiglass panel that allows to check everything and see what is ON and what is OFF !!! The result is just awesome
